Ease Companion

Ease Companion is a sound and mindfulness companion for people going through cancer treatment. Calming frequencies, guided meditation, and a quiet place to track and journal meet you where you are. When you need to make sense of it all, an AI companion answers questions by drawing on published medical research.

Sound Healing &
Guided Meditation

During my own chemotherapy, sound and calming frequencies became one of my most powerful tools for getting through the hardest days. Research has shown that music and sound-based practices can meaningfully ease anxiety and pain for cancer patients, and that's the foundation this library is built on.

About the Founder

I'm Claudine, and in 2020, at 27 years old, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma. I spent four months in chemotherapy, and it changed how I understand what people need when they're at their most vulnerable.
I have a background in audio engineering, and during treatment, sound and mindfulness became my way of getting through the worst days. That experience, combined with over eight years of meditation practice, is the foundation Ease Companion is built on.
